Morcilla Asturiana

It is a sausage elaborated with pork blood, onion, bacon and paprika. As soon as it is stuffed into the gut of the animal it goes on in strings and hung up to the poles, staring the smoked process using oak wood.

Bacon, onion, pork blood, paprika and salt. NO E-numbers

Conservation

In a cool and dry place or refrigerated.
